The HAARP system is a reversal of a radio telescope antenna sending out signals instead of receiving. Its the test run of a super-powerful radio wave beaming technology-lifting areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas.

What the problem with HAARP? Its one of the new intrusions by the U.S. government to the people using once again Nikola Teslas secret technology to boil or zap the upper atmosphere (ionosphere). [The ionosphere is an electrically-charge sphere, which surrounds the Earths upper atmosphere and ranges between 40 to 60 miles above the surface of the Earth.] According to Bernard J.
